Q. Are there additional closing costs when purchasing a PBG Home ?
A. There are no additional closing costs aside from your standard closing costs including:
- Legal costs
- Land transfer tax (if applicable)
- The Tarion Warranty enrollment fee
- Utility Connections (is applicable and depending on the city you will be building your home in)
- Moving costs
Q. Can I upgrade and/or customize my new PBG Home?
A. Absolutely. from a simple upgrade to include extra lighting or to the re-designing of your new home to better meet your needs, we will work with you to achieve those goals.
Q. Do you have Real Estate Professionals available to help me with the sale of my home?
A. Yes, we have partnered with top real estate representatives in the region that can assist you with your sale.
Q. Your reputation is solid. How do you maintain quality assurance?
A. We are a company that practices our building philospohy daily of working with our clients as a team, being hands-on with open communication and are involved in every stage of the construction process.
Q. What about finishing a couple of bedrooms, a bathroom or basement?
A. Our goal is to make our clients happy with their new PBG Home and if that includes finishing the basement or completing a bedroom, we will ensure that our clients are aware of what other PBG Homes’ services are available.
Q. What if I need help with the colour selection and decor?
A. We work with several top professionals in Niagara that will be more then happy to assist you with decorating your home, whether its selecting colours of your walls and/or the selection of the cabinetry.
Q. Will you make changes to plans, such as moving walls?
A. Yes, this would be discussed once we have firmed up the agreement to purchase your new PBG Home. Depending on what your dreams and needs are, we would sit with our design team to enusre that those dreams are achieved.
Q. Are those extra-large windows or 30 year shingles standard?
A. Yes they absolutely are!
